Cut the lotus root, wash the ribs, cut the ginger, garlic and dried chili and set aside

Wash the ribs and put them in boiling water. When boiling the water, put a few slices of ginger and a few peppercorns to remove the smell. Remove the ribs. Reserve the water for boiling the ribs for later use

When the oil in the pan is hot, add the chopped ginger, garlic and dried chili and sauté until fragrant. Pour in both sides of the ribs and fry until golden. Add the lotus root and continue to stir-fry until the aroma is completely released. Add light soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and MSG in order and continue to stir-fry. Then pour in the soup left when boiling the ribs, cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.

When the soup dries up, add the chopped green peppers and stir-fry for a few times before serving
