Hot and sour bamboo shoots
Overview
The weather is too hot and I have no appetite at all, so the recent dishes are all spicy and sour, which is very appetizing. The sour bamboo shoots are homemade. On this hot day, just cut the field bamboo shoots into cubes and soak them in cold water for 4 days before eating.
