Chive Vegetarian Box
Overview
The leek box has always been a favorite of the whole family. Every time I don’t eat it, I feel like something is missing. This leek is really a good thing. It is so delicious without adding meat. It is really delicious when paired with eggs as a stuffing. Moreover, the vegetarian stuffing likes to be cooked, so it is very fast to eat a meal out of the box.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix flour with warm water to form a soft dough and let it sit for 20 minutes
-
Pour a little more oil into the pot, and you won’t need to add additional oil once the filling is mixed. The filling is especially fragrant when mixed with the oil used to spread the eggs. Keep the heat on low, and when the oil in the pan is just a little warm, crack in two eggs
-
Quickly stir it up with a hand spoon, turn off the heat and let cool
-
Wash the leeks thoroughly to control the moisture
-
Chop the leeks into mince and stir in half a spoonful of vegetable oil, mix well (this will directly seal the leeks, and the soup will not come out even after adding salt)
-
Pour in the cooled broken eggs, add salt and mix well
-
Add a little sesame oil
-
Mix well and the vegetarian box filling is ready
-
Take out the dough, knead it a little, roll it into a long strip, pull it into a piece slightly larger than the dumpling dough, and flatten it
-
Roll it into a round dough slightly thicker than the dumpling wrapper
-
Take one side of the skin, add the leek filling, and compact it with chopsticks while placing it. After closing it, pinch the edges firmly, place it on the chopping board and press it gently
-
Preheat the upper and lower plates of the electric baking pan, brush the lower plate with vegetable oil, put in the wrapped leek box, brush a layer of oil on the top of the box, and close the lid
-
When the heat on the electric baking pan decreases and the lid is opened, the leek box will bulge
-
Flip and cook until slightly brown, then take it out of the pot. After the pot is out of the pot, stack the boxes together in a small basin and cover them with a lid to simmer for a while. This way the boxes will be very soft when you eat them. (Don’t close the top cover when ironing the box at the end, as the box will be crushed)
-
Thin skin and big filling
-
Soft and you can see the filling
