Homemade pizza sauce
Overview
I've made Jun's version of pizza sauce before, using fresh tomatoes. This time I’ll make Teacher Meng’s version, using ketchup. For this reason, I rushed to buy a can of tomato sauce - not the kind of bottled tomato sauce, but the tomato sauce in a tin can. Looking at this can of ketchup, there isn't much. Then looking at Teacher Meng's recipe, I suddenly realized that Teacher Meng only cares about the quantity of the two pizzas. So, I decided to multiply Teacher Meng’s recipe by 3 and use up all the tomato sauce in the jar. However, Teacher Meng used bay leaves. This is a bit confusing. Is a bay leaf the same as a bay leaf? No matter what it is, just think of it as fragrant leaves. And Teacher Meng didn’t use pizza grass, basil? Also add them in one piece. Therefore, this cannot be the complete version of Teacher Meng.
