Braised Pork and Braised Eggs
Overview
A wedding egg given to a colleague when she gave birth to a baby. I didn't finish it, so I used it to make braised pork and braised eggs.

Cut the pork belly into 2cm square pieces

Boil some water for a while

Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the chopped green onion, ginger and cooked meat

Add dark soy sauce, cooking wine, rock sugar, and boiling water until the meat is covered

After the pot is boiled, put the eggs into the pot. In order to better taste, I cut the eggs several times

Remove the juice over high heat.

Remove from the pan.
