Homemade version of simple grilled shrimp
Overview
I am very happy to try out the Haier smart oven ODT25-AU1. I made grilled shrimps and the taste was different and extremely delicious!

Remove the shrimp threads and intestines, wash them, and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Pour in two tablespoons of pepper.

Add three tablespoons of salt and a small handful of minced ginger, stir evenly with chopsticks, and marinate for 20 minutes to allow the shrimp to absorb the flavor.

Put tin foil in the baking pan, arrange the shrimps neatly, and use a brush to brush a layer of remaining sauce.

Preheat the oven to 190° and bake for 25 minutes.
