Wash the duck eggs, prepare soaked glutinous rice (soak overnight or preferably for more than 3 hours), dice the pork belly, mushrooms, carrots, sausages, and corn. Mix everything together and add soy sauce and salt.

It is best to crack the egg with the big end, drain out the egg white and leave the egg yolk, and then put the prepared glutinous rice into the egg.

Everything is packed and ready to be steamed
