Cocoa Peanut Crisp
Overview
Slightly bitter cocoa mixed with buttery peanuts, crispy and sweet, are the characteristics of this biscuit. Peanut oil is used to replace part of the butter. It is healthy and not greasy, and the more you chew, the more delicious it becomes!

Melt the butter and peanut oil in hot water and mix well. Add the eggs and mix well.

Sift in flour, cornstarch and cocoa powder and mix well.

Knead evenly with your hands.

Knead the dough into small pieces and flatten it out on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.

Sprinkle in chopped peanuts and press in.

Pour on the salad dressing and place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.

The finished product is out of the oven, and it smells delicious while baking!
