Overview
I make some skin jelly every winter. Firstly, I like it very much because it tastes delicious. Secondly, because of women’s natural tendency to love beauty, skin jelly is said to be rich in collagen, so you must not miss the opportunity to have both delicious food and beauty at the same time!

Prepare a piece of meat skin

Rinse with water and soak for ten minutes

I left it overnight and the skin jelly solidified very well after I took it out

Cut and serve on a plate
