Conan Amuro Sandwich

Overview

The sandwich made by Amuro mentioned in Detective Conan the Movie: Pure Black Nightmare.

Coat the ham with olive oil, I used a thinner slice so I used a few more slices.
Mix mayonnaise and miso until evenly mixed.
Heat the water, about the temperature of bath water, and blanch the lettuce.
Put the toast into the steamer and steam for about 5 minutes.
Cover a piece of toast with mayonnaise.
Add ham.
Top with lettuce.
Add cheese, cover with toast, and cut off the edges of the bread.
