Roasted Sweet Potato Casserole
Overview
I recently bought a Kunbo food-grade casserole, which is said to be durable even when cooked dry or quenched quickly. Although I have seen my friends roasting sweet potatoes in Kunbo casserole many times, I still sweat a lot when I use it. I guard it every step of the way for fear of losing it, but it is completely fine, which makes me happy. Moreover, the casserole roasted has the smell of sweet potatoes roasted on the stove when I was a child. Quickly share the method of roasting sweet potatoes with your friends: dry the casserole, use two long enough tinfoil to cross over each other to form a straight cylinder, place it on the grill in the casserole, stick it firmly to the inner wall of the casserole, wrap the top of the casserole around the edge, add the washed sweet potatoes, cover the pot and turn the sweet potatoes over high heat for 20 minutes (remember to wear heat-resistant gloves to be careful of being burned), then turn off the heat for 15 minutes, use the residual heat to simmer the pot until it is warm to your hands!

Dry the casserole and set aside.

Find a grill that is slightly smaller than the mouth of the pot and cut two pieces of tin foil large enough for later use.

Place the grill rack inside the casserole dish.

Cross-fold the tin foil into a straight tube shape, place it on the grill in the casserole, stick it firmly to the inner wall of the casserole, and wrap the top around the edge of the casserole.

Add the washed sweet potatoes (by the way, I also put a purple potato and bake it together).

Cover the casserole with a lid (tinfoil that is higher than the mouth of the pot helps to drain excess water steam out of the pot).

Cover the pot and bake over high heat for 20 minutes.

The specific time can be selected flexibly according to the size of the sweet potatoes and the amount of firepower.

Open the lid and turn the sweet potatoes over. (Be careful, the casserole is very hot, remember to wear insulated gloves to prevent burns.)

Cover the lid, continue to bake over high heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and use the residual heat to simmer until the pot is warm to your hands and you're done! (Do not open the lid and make full use of the heat stored in the casserole to simmer the sweet potatoes.) The sweet potatoes are now cooked. You can use chopsticks to pierce the sweet potatoes. If they can be pierced easily, they are ripe.
