Boiled Shrimp
Overview
Today’s lunch was so rich. I bought both shrimps and crabs. I thought the crabs were hard to chew, so I bought two extra pounds of shrimps. Boiled, what you eat is the original flavor. Less oil and less smoke in the kitchen in this hot summer.

Wash and process the prawns thoroughly.

Boil water in a pot and add ginger slices.

After the water boils, add the washed shrimps and bring to a boil over high heat.

Cook until it changes color and turns all red.

Use a plate to put minced garlic, light soy sauce, and extra chili oil (you can omit it if you don’t like it)

Just put it on.
