Butter Cookies
Overview
I originally wanted to make peanut butter cookies, but the peanuts burned, so I had to discard them. I had an idea and added a little chopped walnuts, and the taste suddenly became better, but it just didn't look good.

After the butter has softened, add sugar and beat.

Add whole eggs and vanilla extract and continue beating.

The whipped butter is in a puffy state without separation of oil and water.

Sift the low-gluten flour into the butter and mix evenly with a rubber spatula to form a dough.

Knead a small ball of dough, form it into a ball in your hands, press it into a flat piece, and add a small piece of chopped walnut. Arrange the dough on baking paper, place in the middle rack of the preheated oven, bake at 150°C for 150°C, 130°C for 20min, then 160°C for 160°C, 100°C for 10min.
