Soften the butter at room temperature and beat it briefly with an electric mixer

Add sugar and sugar and continue beating at low speed until the sugar melts and the butter turns white in color and becomes larger in volume

Add the egg liquid in three batches, beat each time until the butter and egg liquid are completely dissolved, then add the next one

Sift in the flour

Use a spatula to mix well, be careful not to over mix, just stir from top to bottom

Put into a piping bag with a toothed nozzle

Cut out the pattern you like and preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Bake in the oven for about 10---15 minutes
