Steps

  1. Put the fresh pig's feet into water and soak them for 1-2 hours (purpose: to remove blood and fishy smell). Then take them out and wash them thoroughly.

  2. Turn up the heat, blanch in cold water for 2 or 3 minutes, remove and rinse in cold water until dry.

  3. Put oil in the bottom of the pot, add 4-5 rock sugar over low heat, and add the pig's feet after melting.

  4. Add the following seasonings, soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

  5. Mix well and pour into the electric pressure cooker, add salt and boiling water until the pig's feet are even. Simmer for 40 minutes and serve.
