  1. Soften the cream cheese over water and mix with the sugar with a whisk until smooth.

  2. Add lemon juice and continue stirring.

  3. Add milk and fresh cream and mix well.

  4. After beating the eggs, add in and mix.

  5. Strain the pudding liquid.

  6. Place in a high temperature resistant bottle and bake in a water bath at 150 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Just stick a toothpick in it and stop it. Don't rush to take it out after turning off the oven. Leave it in the oven for an hour before taking it out.
