Very popular some time ago, grilled cheese bread, soft French bread, plus brushed mozzarella cheese, sprinkle some green onions, add some freshly ground black pepper, tear off a piece while hot, super delicious~

Prepare the ingredients and make the bread first.

Add warm water to yeast and stir until melted, then add salt and stir.

Pour in all the flour and stir with a wooden spoon.

It will turn into a very sticky dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 12-14 hours.

Exhaust and round.

Shape and ferment for the second time, about 30-40 minutes.

Double in size and score the middle with a razor blade. Put in the oven and bake at 250 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

After the bread is baked and allowed to cool, cut it into a mesh without cutting it, stuff mozzarella cheese into the gaps, pour some olive oil, and sprinkle some green onions and black pepper.

Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle a handful of Parmesan cheese 5 minutes before taking it out of the oven.

Eat it while it's hot and you can draw it into very long lengths~
