Seaweed soda crackers
Overview
Biscuits, sweet ones are more popular. However, I still want to make these salty and sweet soda crackers, with seaweed flavor. It's a pity that there is no kosher salt. Maybe the taste of coarse salt is more special? But only fine salt was used instead. Teacher Meng’s seaweed, what kind of seaweed is it? It looks black and torn. The broken seaweed in my hand was green and smelled like seaweed. I kind of like the taste. Take half the dough as usual and cut it into the size you like. 50 grams of flour, spread very loosely over the baking sheet, at a comfortable distance from each other so that they can be stretched out safely. The seaweed has not changed color due to baking, it is still green and dotted in the dough. It's crispy, salty and sweet, and has a mixed aroma of seaweed and sesame. It's actually quite good. Why? Do people only like sweet food?
