Add 400 grams of flour to 180 grams of boiling water (first stir it into a fluffy shape with chopsticks, then slowly knead it into a dough) and let it rest for 30 minutes. (The flour boiling water can be reduced by half).

Chop green onions and sauté in oil over low heat until fragrant.

Pack the scallions and oil separately.

Take a quarter of the rested dough and roll it into a rectangle.

Sprinkle, white sesame seeds, pepper powder.

Roll out slightly into a large square. (It’s not easy to roll out, you can press it slightly with your hands.) Brush oil on top and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
