Wash the rice and add appropriate amount of water.

Bring to a boil over medium-low heat.

Wash and slice bacon and sausages for later use.

After the rice is boiling, open the lid and turn down the heat. Use a rice spoon to lick the bottom of the pot halfway to prevent sticking.

Cook over low heat until all the rice water is absorbed.

Add bacon and sausage, cover, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

After turning off the heat and simmering for another fifteen minutes, a pot of greasy casserole rice is ready.
