Overview

Not only was it my first time to make shrimp sliders, but what I was craving for was the deliciousness of the shrimp sliders soup. It is made into a soup, suitable for the elderly and children at home. In fact, I prefer to eat it with some sauce. I use minced garlic, oil chili, vinegar, light soy sauce, and coriander to make a sauce. It is fresh, fragrant, spicy, and smooth, so it tastes more exciting.

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp.

  8. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and adjust the heart of the stove. Use a spoon to scoop up an appropriate amount of shrimp and put it into the pot.
