After the butter is softened, add fine sugar and beat with a whisk until the volume becomes fluffy. Add milk and continue beating until milk and butter are fully combined.

Sift in flour and mix into two equal portions. Mix cocoa powder into one portion and knead the two portions into a cylindrical shape.

Stack the two pieces of dough together and repeat twice, but not too many times, otherwise the marble pattern will not come out and the two colors will be mixed together. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for half an hour, then cut into 0.3cm pieces.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
