Overview

Curry is a condiment made from a variety of spices. It is often cooked with meat. The fragrant curry sauce is also a good addition to rice. When making curry dishes, use curry paste and curry powder in the dish, because its flavor is more fragrant and smooth. After heating, the curry paste not only quickly turns into curry sauce, but also adds more flavor when cooked with chicken.   1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, wash it, put it in a pot, add water and bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for another 2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Remove the chicken pieces, clean them and drain them

  2. Cut onions into cubes, peel potatoes and carrots and cut into pieces about the same size as chicken nuggets

  3. Put cooking oil in the wok, pour in the chicken pieces and stir-fry for a minute, add dark soy sauce cooking wine and continue stir-frying (if you don’t like the dark color, you can omit the dark soy sauce)

  4. Then add about 500ml of hot water, cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat until the chicken is cooked

  5. Break the curry into six small pieces

  6. Put the curry and turn off the heat until the curry cubes dissolve

  7. After the curry is dissolved, add potatoes and carrot pieces and simmer over low heat, being careful not to burn the pot

  8. When the potatoes are soft and cooked, add the onions and stir-fry for a while
