First clean the lobster. I used Boston cooked shrimp and let it defrost at room temperature

Cut the lobster in half and remove the shrimp line and gills from the head

Prepare enough minced garlic and fry half of the minced garlic until golden brown

Add half of it with a little water and salt and cook until thickened, then mix the two minced garlic together

Sprinkle a layer of starch on the shrimp meat, then spread the minced garlic evenly on top, as much as possible, let it rest for 5 minutes, then steam it for 10 minutes. Because the seafood itself is a little salty, don’t use too much salt
