First, put these things in a small bowl and soak half a bowl of water the night before.

The next day, wash and drain the soaked ingredients and put them into a stew pot (I use a stew beaker, the effect is the same). You can add rock sugar according to your personal taste.

Add just boiling water

Add water as appropriate according to personal circumstances. If you want it thicker, add less; if you want it thicker, add more water. After soaking for a night, it hardly absorbs water anymore. After adding water, cover the stew beaker for 2-3 hours and then it is ready to eat. (The same goes for stew pots)
