-
Cut broccoli into small pieces, wash and set aside.
-
Cut onion half into strips.
-
A box of beef rolls.
-
Take a bowl and add two spoons of soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of sugar, two spoons of oyster sauce, pour in a little water, add two small spoons of starch, mix well and set aside.
-
Boil water and add broccoli until cooked.
-
Then roll the fat beef down and be sure to scald it, as it can remove a lot of dirty things. Don't blanch it for too long, just cook it.
-
Fatty cattle can scald out a lot of dirty blood. Take them out and rinse them with cold water.
-
Add oil to the pot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry.
-
Add the onion shreds and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add the beef rolls.
-
Add the sauce you just prepared and stir-fry. Remember not to fry for too long because the fat beef has been blanched just now.
-
Get some rice on a plate, scoop some fat beef over the rice, garnish with broccoli on the side, add fried eggs, and a simple lunch is ready.
