Cut ginger slices and green onions into sections and set aside.

Remove belly from abalone, wash and cut with knife

Boil water in a pot and blanch abalone. (It only takes a few seconds)

Wash the spareribs and cut into small pieces

Put water in the pot, add cold water to the ribs, add onions and ginger and cook until the water boils.

Skim off the floating water in the pot, take out the ribs and put them into the electric pressure cooker

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot.

Add two or three slices of ginger

Select meat and ribs to make soup, and follow the default selections for pressure and time.

Cut carrots into cubes and set aside.

Cut corn into cubes and set aside.

After the electric pressure cooker prompts you to add vegetables halfway, open the lid and add an appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Add carrots and corn.

After the electric pressure cooker has finished its work, press to reduce the juice and enhance the flavor. (There is no need to collect the juice when making soup. This function is selected here to add abalone, so the juice collection time cannot be shortened to 3 minutes according to the default 8 minutes

Open the lid and add abalone into the pot
