Overview
I personally prefer to eat egg tarts. A Portuguese egg tart outside costs 3 yuan each. The egg tart crust I bought online makes the cake very greasy and salty. I don’t know how to fold a quilt, so I just make one... to satisfy my craving, hehe

Unsalted butter cut into small cubes

Sift in the flour

Grind into crumbs

Add milk, salt, and sugar, form into a dough, and refrigerate for 2 hours

Mix the egg tart ingredients evenly

Filter once and let stand for 1 hour

Press the relaxed dough into molds respectively

Put into the preheated oven, 200 degrees, middle rack, for about 20 minutes
