  1. Prepare the ingredients first, 3 taels of tender beef shoulder, 7 taels of enoki mushrooms, and two green onions.

  2. Cut the beef into strips and set aside.

  3. Prepare appropriate amount of minced garlic, appropriate amount of shredded ginger, and cut green onions into small sections for later use.

  4. Add appropriate amount of oil, salt, sugar, cornstarch, half of the shredded ginger, and light soy sauce to marinate the beef.

  6. Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of peanut oil, and saute minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
