Prepare the ingredients first, 3 taels of tender beef shoulder, 7 taels of enoki mushrooms, and two green onions.

Cut the beef into strips and set aside.

Prepare appropriate amount of minced garlic, appropriate amount of shredded ginger, and cut green onions into small sections for later use.

Add appropriate amount of oil, salt, sugar, cornstarch, half of the shredded ginger, and light soy sauce to marinate the beef.

Wash the enoki mushrooms, cut off the roots, drain and set aside.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of peanut oil, and saute minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add just enough water, not too much.

When the water boils, add the enoki mushrooms.

When the water boils again, add the marinated beef and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Cook for two minutes. When the beef is just cooked, add pepper and green onions.
