Wash the tofu and cut it into small cubes

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pan. If it is a non-stick pan, the amount of oil can be less. Drain the tofu cubes and put them in the water. Fry over medium-low heat

When you see small bubbles forming around the bottom, you can turn it over and fry again

When that side is fried, turn it over and fry over low heat. The fried tofu will be very fragrant. Just fry each side twice

Add minced garlic to the fried tofu

Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, and pepper

Gently stir evenly so that every piece of tofu is covered with the sauce
