Pour the flour into the enamel cast iron pot, add the yeast dissolved in warm water, and add warm water to start kneading the dough (add a small amount of salt when kneading to improve the flexibility of the flour). When kneading the dough, gradually pour in the water and stir clockwise until the flour becomes flocculent.
