Take a piece of chicken breast, wash and cut into cubes, add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce and corn starch, mix well and marinate for a while

Wash and dice cucumbers, wash, peel and dice carrots

Peanuts: Heat the pan, add oil and fry over low heat until golden brown, set aside

Heat oil in a pot, add peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant, take out the peppercorns

Add minced ginger, minced garlic and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked, set aside

Heat oil in another pan, add carrots and stir-fry until raw

Add diced chicken, salt, light soy sauce, oil, balsamic vinegar and sugar and stir-fry, finally add cucumber and stir-fry evenly

Turn off the heat, add cooked peanuts and stir-fry evenly before serving
