Ginger wine chicken soup--repelling cold and nourishing
Overview
Because I have a cold constitution and always have dysmenorrhea, my mother used to make it for me at home. In autumn and winter when the weather gets cooler, chicken soup is undoubtedly a good nourishing product.

Cut the chicken into pieces and wash, slice the ginger into slices

Stir-fry ginger slices in hot pan with cold oil

Add chicken and stir-fry until chicken turns white, add white wine and continue stir-frying for a while

Add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium-low heat for five minutes, add salt to taste

Skim off the floating oil and remove from the pot~
