Ingredients
Steps
-
Hawthorn is ready
-
After cleaning, remove the middle core part and cut into small pieces
-
After everything is cut, pour in sugar and two tablespoons of white vinegar
-
Stir evenly and let it sit for about three hours to allow the powdered sugar to fully extract the sour juice from the hawthorns
-
Then pour in an appropriate amount of water, bring to a simmer over high heat and then turn down to low heat. Be sure to stir constantly until the hawthorn skin can be lightly crushed, then turn off the heat
-
Then use a blender to make the sauce more delicate, and that's it (I forgot to take a picture of the step of putting it in the blender)
