Steamed Shrimp with Vermicelli in Garlic Oil
Overview
The key to this dish of Steamed Shrimp with Vermicelli in Garlic Oil is to use garlic oil for seasoning. Because the vermicelli itself has no flavor, the umami flavor of the shrimp must be brought out by seasoning. In this way, the aroma of garlic oil and the saltiness of oyster sauce fully demonstrate the fragrance and umami of this dish.
