Melt the butter in water and let cool

Add the butter liquid to the yogurt and stir evenly

Add condensed milk and mix well

Add a few drops of vanilla extract

Mix well and add to the egg yolk liquid, stirring while adding

Add sifted flour and mix into batter

Add sugar in 3 batches and beat the egg whites into wet foamy meringue

Take one-third of the egg white cream and egg yolk paste, mix evenly with a spatula

Pour the mixed batter back into the remaining meringue, use a spatula to cut and mix evenly

Wrap a 6-inch removable bottom round mold with tin foil and pour the cake batter

Pour a little chocolate sauce on the surface, use a toothpick to draw the texture, and pour hot water into the baking pan

Place in the preheated oven, lower rack, 150 degrees, 40 minutes

Cool out of the oven and refrigerate for 4 hours before eating
