Overview

I made it once last time, but some people thought it was bitter. Using milk chocolate will make it less bitter, but I still like dark chocolate. Valentine's Day is coming, make something for your lover to show your love.

Steps

1. 1 Pour the light cream and water syrup into the milk pot and bring to a boil;

   

2. 2 Pour milk chocolate and dark chocolate into boiled whipping cream;

   

3. 3 Use a spatula to stir in a circular motion. If the chocolate is not completely melted, you can melt it in hot water;

   

4. 4 Add butter until all melted;

   

5. 5 Pour into the mold and refrigerate overnight;

   

6. 6 Take out the raw chocolate from the mold, roll in a layer of cocoa powder, and enjoy.
