Braised Cauliflower with Sausage
Overview
People in the north usually call it cauliflower, while people in the south call it cauliflower. There is a kind of loose flower on the market that has a similar appearance and is looser to the touch. I like this kind because it has a crisper texture and a much fragrant taste. The cauliflower stir-fried with Pixian hot sauce is fragrant and spicy.
