Eggnog dumplings
Overview
When I went to Wuhan, I ate eggnog too early. I thought it was very similar to our Chongqing glutinous rice dumplings, so I combined them.

Add water to the glutinous rice flour and knead it into a glutinous rice dough;

Knead the kneaded glutinous rice flour into small glutinous rice balls;

Add the pinched glutinous rice balls into boiling water and cook;

Put the cooked glutinous rice balls into a bowl;

Place eggs into boiling water and mix into egg liquid;

Pour the egg liquid into the bowl;

Add sugar, glutinous rice wine and wolfberry and mix well.
