Overview

When I went to Wuhan, I ate eggnog too early. I thought it was very similar to our Chongqing glutinous rice dumplings, so I combined them.

  1. Add water to the glutinous rice flour and knead it into a glutinous rice dough;

  2. Knead the kneaded glutinous rice flour into small glutinous rice balls;

  3. Add the pinched glutinous rice balls into boiling water and cook;

  4. Put the cooked glutinous rice balls into a bowl;

  5. Place eggs into boiling water and mix into egg liquid;

  6. Pour the egg liquid into the bowl;

  7. Add sugar, glutinous rice wine and wolfberry and mix well.
