Smash the garlic and mince it.

Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into hob pieces.

You can add or remove pork rinds according to your taste. Pour cold water into the pot, put the pork skin into the pot, turn on high heat and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes, remove and set aside.

Pour vegetable oil into the wok, turn up the heat and stir-fry the beans for one minute. Add the potato cubes and pork skin and stir-fry a few times. Pour in 250ml of water, add salt, aniseed, pepper, beef powder and soy sauce.
