Cold scallion oil and shredded radish
Overview
This is a very simple cold dish, salty and refreshing. We eat too much fish and meat on the New Year's Eve table. Serving a cold dish like this can relieve the greasiness. Now it is easier to mix the noodles with scallion oil. You don't need to make your own sauce. Just pour in the pickled radish shreds and mix it.

Preparation of ingredients: 1 small package (30g) of Vida's scallion oil noodle sauce, 3g salt, 1 radish (300g).

First peel off the skin of the white radish, then cut into shreds and put on a plate.

Pour in 1 small rub of salt, about 3 grams.

Stir the salt into the shredded radish thoroughly. This will remove the moisture from the shredded radish and make the shredded radish taste crisper.

After marinating for almost two hours, the water will come out of the shredded radish. Squeeze out the water from the pickled shredded radish and put it into a plate.

Pour in a 30g pack of Vida's scallion oil to mix with the noodle sauce.
