Pineapple Chicken Wings

It’s pineapple season again, and the weather is getting hotter. Children don’t have much appetite for food. Using sweet and sour pineapple in their dishes can quickly increase their appetite!

Wash the chicken wings, cut each into pieces, cut the pineapple into small pieces, slice the ginger and garlic, and cut the green onions into sections.

Marinate the chicken wings with salt, chicken powder, cooking wine and oil for ten minutes.

Heat the pan, pour oil, and fry the chicken wings until golden brown on both sides.
