Cold Cucumber Noodles with Sesame Sauce
Overview
People in the north like to eat noodles. I found that my mother likes to eat noodles at night. Now that the weather is getting hotter, let’s make cold noodles. It’s refreshing and not too hot. There are still a lot of vegetables left at noon, so this cold noodles is relatively simple and refreshing. Just put some cucumber shreds and add some of my favorite sesame sauce. It’s simple and delicious~
