Add an egg, green onion, minced ginger, light soy sauce, salt, corn oil and appropriate amount of water to the minced meat.

Stir vigorously in one direction.

Take the wonton wrapper and put the minced meat in the middle of the wrapper.

Fold it in half, apply a circle of water along the inner three sides and pinch the three sides tightly, then fold it left and right, fold the right side over the left side and press it tightly.

After everything is wrapped, heat the oil in the pot and arrange the wontons neatly in the pot.

Pour a small bowl of water into the bottom of the pot.

Cover the pot and simmer until the water dries up.

When the bottom of the wontons are browned, flip over and brown slightly.

Flip over again and sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
