Put the egg whites and yolks into clean basins separately.

Stir the egg yolks evenly, add corn oil and stir well

Add milk and mix well

Sift in cocoa powder and cake flour

Beat the egg whites with a whisk until coarse foam, add a few drops of lemon juice, add fine sugar in two portions

Beat until the tip of the whisk bends.

Take an appropriate amount of egg white and put it into the egg yolk paste and mix evenly

Pour the egg yolk paste back into the egg whites

Mix evenly with a spatula

Place a piece of parchment paper on a square baking pan, pour the egg batter into the baking pan and smooth it out.

Place in the middle rack of the oven and heat up and down to 170 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Prepare cooked chestnut kernels
