Soak dried lilies in cold water

After soaking the white fungus, remove the roots and tear into small pieces, wash the red dates, drain the soaked lilies and set aside (don’t ask me why there are so many dates on the plate, it’s because I made several pear cups at the same time)

Peel the snowflake pear and cut off the top (reserve the cut part as the lid)

Use a spoon to scoop the pear into a bowl shape

Add the previously prepared white fungus, lily, red dates and appropriate amount of rock sugar

Add a little cold boiled water inside
