Boil water in a hot pot. When the water boils, add pasta (there are many types of pasta, you can choose the one you like) and cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes (you don’t have to cook it completely, you will continue to process it later). During the cooking process, you can prepare other ingredients, sliced crispy sausage ( You can choose garlic red sausage from the supermarket or from a certain store. You can also use other sausages or bacon according to your own preferences.) Break off two broccoli flowers and put them in a noodle pot. Blanch them until they are cooked. Then chop the flower part (try to cut it as finely as possible). Slice the stem part with a diagonal knife and cut the straw mushroom into thick slices.

After the pasta is cooked, pour it in ice water and drain the water. Heat the butter in a hot pot over low heat, stir-fry the straw mushrooms for 2 minutes, then add the red sausage and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the pasta, chopped broccoli, light cream, black pepper, salt and a spoonful of hot soup for cooking the noodles. Stir well, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes. Turn to high heat to reduce the juice.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with onion, ginger and garlic powder. (This scallion, ginger and garlic powder is a finished seasoning bought in the supermarket. I personally like it.
