First wash the whole crab, open the lid and clean it, then cut it into pieces

Spread some dry flour on the crab lid

Dip a layer of dry flour on the surface of the cut crab pieces

Dip all crab pieces into dry flour and set aside

Slice ginger and fry in oil until fragrant

Put the crab pieces into the oil pan, with the flour side of the crab pieces facing down

Put all the crab pieces in the same way

Add the crab lid, add cooking wine, and stir-fry the crab pieces

Add flour to water and mix well

Add an appropriate amount of flour batter. The flour batter will thicken easily in the hot pot. Add water if necessary, cover the pot and simmer until the crabs are cooked
