Thai Lemon Spicy Shrimp
Overview
This is my favorite soup. I must order it every time I go to a Thai restaurant. It is sour, sweet, spicy and appetizing. It is the best choice for summer. So, let’s make a simple version of Thai-style lemon hot and sour shrimp!

Prepare materials
-
Boil a pot of water. When the water boils, add the shrimps. Take them out as soon as they change color. Do not cook them for too long
-
Remove the shrimp shells and threads, wash the shrimp heads and keep them for later use (you don’t have to remove the shrimp shells, my family member thought it was troublesome to spit out the shells when eating, so I went there in advance, the shrimp heads are only used to enhance the flavor of the soup, be sure to wash them, because they are very dirty inside)
-
Add oil to the pan and sauté ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant
-
Pour in the shrimp shells and meat and stir-fry
-
Pour in water, add salt, add lemon (remove the seeds from the lemon, twist the lemon with your hands and the juice will come out) and finally add coriander and serve

It's really simple, and the taste is really good. It's sour and spicy with a hint of lightness. It's sour and spicy in the mouth. The unique fragrance of lemon lingers for three days! 32 likes!
