A side dish for post-holiday porridge: stir-fried laba beans
Overview
After the festival to cleanse the stomach and intestines, switch to light white porridge for breakfast and dinner. But after drinking it for two days, I inevitably felt it was bland, so I made this simple side dish using laba beans brought from my hometown in Hunan, and it tasted just right with white porridge. Sometimes a simple dinner is enough to go with rice and add a side dish. ^_^

Cut green pepper into small slices

Heat oil in a pan, add green pepper and fry until cooked.

Add laba beans and continue to stir-fry until evenly mixed.
